Robert Ellison Named Vice President of Client Services to Manage New 2010 Customer Relations Initiatives

MCLEAN, VA, March 4, 2010- iCore Networks, www.icore.com, the Nation’s Capital’s leading Voice over Private Internet provider announces today their new hire, Robert Ellison as the new Vice President of Client Services. This announcement coincides with iCore’s new 2010 initiative and focus, surrounding providing exceptional customer service to their ever growing clientele.

As the Vice President of Client Services, Ellison, will be responsible for assessing customer feedback while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This will include:

  • Solidifying the company’s customer on-boarding process;
  • Managing a balanced, well-trained and highly motivated workforce to maintain new resources on technology & training;
  • And facilitating thorough internal & 3rd party customer surveys to ensure iCore is hearing, heeding and statistically validating customer needs and wants.

As iCore’s focus is to deliver 100% on time with zero service defects, the company will continue to provide their customers with 24/7/365 support. With Ellison’s primary goal being to provide the team with the pertinent customer insight they need to exceed their 98% customer satisfaction score in 2010.  The company has an over-arching goal to create the ultimate iCore Experience with a focus on customer loyalty.

Prior to joining the iCore team, Ellison, was the Vice President of Customer Retention at SAVVIS, an $800 million IT infrastructure provider focused on hosting and network services for approximately 5,000 clients. During his time at SAVVIS, Ellison was a five-time quarterly award winner for sales and customer service excellence and helped to grow the company from an industry start-up to an $800 million global leader.  For nine years prior to SAVVIS, Ellison held sales support, engineering and field service management positions at Sensormatic Electronics, now a division of Tyco Fire & Security.  Ellison brings to the iCore team over 18 years experience and a proven performance in selling, supporting, and engineering technology-based business solutions. He has a broad understanding of IT infrastructure and telecommunications technologies, which has enabled him to provide results-driven solutions to his clients throughout his career.

 Ellison holds a Master Certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University and attended Strayer University for Business Management.  Previously Ellison had majored in engineering with a focus on telecommunications. Most recently, Ellison earned a Net Promoter Associate Certification for customer experience and loyalty programs.
