McLean, VA- February 15, 2006 - iCore Networks, Inc. recently announced that it has completed a multi-year VoIP Services Agreement with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), the nation’s oldest and largest construction trade association, with 32,000 members.

iCore Networks is a Cisco IP provider, offering small to medium-sized businesses advanced applications consisting of converged voice, high speed Internet, and data solutions like virtual firewall, and VPN. In addition to utilizing VoIP/IP telephone services, iCore supplies all related equipment and technology under the firm’s fully managed business agreement. The three-year VoIP Services Agreement with AGC includes equipment upgrades and IT services and positions the trade association as future-ready utilizing the Hosted IPTelephony technology.

“Our partnership with iCore was a critical element in the success of the implementation of our VoIP phone system from an old PBX system,” said AGC’s CEO Stephen Sandherr. “The iCore team was extremely knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. iCore’s service is second to none!” iCore’s relationship with the association also offers AGC members the opportunity to implement the firm’s VoIP phone system, which eliminates local and long distance phone charges throughout the United States.

“We look forward to co-sponsoring the Associated General Contractors of America’s 87th annual convention and construction expo in Palm Springs, California, this coming March,” said iCore Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Stephen G. Canton. “It will give our firm a chance to showcase our new Voice over Internet Protocol technology to thousands of companies for which our product is well suited, cutting businesses telecommunication costs while enhancing professional productivity at the same time.”

iCore Networks introduced its business class VoIP services in the fall of 2004 and currently has more than 1,200 users on its network, providing small to medium-sized businesses with Hosted IP Telephony technology. Not only is iCore improving the quality of its clients’ business productivity, iCore is also saving companies up to 40 percent in telecommunication costs by converging separate voice and data networks into a single multi-service network, which requires only one monthly invoice. In addition, iCore’s new Cisco IP smart phones can operate from any broadband connection outside the place of business, allowing firms to continue professional services as usual should office production be interrupted by unforeseen problems such as fire, electrical outages, etc. or travel requirements.
