• Manage Call Settings via the iCore Web Portal
  iCore’s Web Portal uses your computer to manage your phone so that things like routing calls, scheduling conferences, dialing from personal directories and much more are just a mouse click or two away.
• Access your voicemail from your phone, PC or laptop
  Accessing voice mail on the desk phone requires pushing one button and keying in a password. Voice mail can be received on PCs or laptops as “.wav” attachments to emails.  Wav files can be saved on the computer like any other file.
• 4-digit extension dialing to the rest of the organization anywhere
  The receptionist can transfer calls to you.  Outgoing calls show up on a recipient’s caller ID as your office number.  Incoming calls to your office number ring on your phone wherever you are.
