PHONE AND WEBPORTAL TUTORIAL

 

Please note that the method of Webportal login, phone dial digits, and default passwords will vary by customer. When prompted for a Call Agent address in the Webportal, customers using webportal.icore.com will enter ‘204.16.177.20’ in the field labeled “CA Address 1”. Customers using phone.icore.com will enter ‘204.16.177.40’. Be sure to use your Internet Explorer browser and install the software when prompted by your computer.  This will ensure that all features of the Webportal are available and working properly. Please see your Account or Project Manager for your company’s dial digits and passwords.

FEATURE TUTORIALS

Find me Follow me Feature: Enables you to specify a list of phone numbers where a call will be forwarded if you do not answer your iCore IP Phone.  This allows a caller to reach you at any one of your designated phone numbers.
