Admin Portal Training gives customers the benefit of making changes to their iCore Networks VoPI (Voice over Private Internet) system in minutes to meet the needs of their ever-changing work environment. This online class will provide instruction on how to make changes to users including resetting VM passwords, adjusting hunt groups, time of day modes and many other feature modifications.
